What are your shipping options?
Please note: All orders have a processing time of 2-3 days before they are shipped out.
Domestic Shipping:
Here at De Elegant Aroma we offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Standard Ground, and Expedited Shipping. Our standard shipping takes between 3-7 business days. Standard Ground Shipping is 2-5 business days, and Expedited shipping 2-3 business days.
Please check your shipping information at checkout to ensure accuracy, so that you receive your order in a timely manner.
what are your shipping rates?
Rates for shipping within the United States are calculated based on the weight of your package, your location and the speed of delivery. Most shipping costs are automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart as you place your order. We're continually trying to find ways of decreasing the cost of shipping and handling so we can pass these savings on to our customers.

my package was lost/stolen?
We ship with only the most reliable carriers worldwide including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Once the package has left our warehouse, De Elegant Aroma, cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages; but are committed to ensuring the best experience with our company!
Please contact the carrier assigned to your order for insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at info@deeleganaroma.com so we can work with you to resolve this
what if my candle arrives damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email: info@deelegantaroma.com with the following:
Photos of the packaging and candle if possible, quantity of broken candles as well as the order number (ex. DEA#) and we'll send a replacement ASAP.
We appreciate your business and are committed to quickly resolving your issue and replacing your product.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can i change it?
Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping address for orders once they are placed due to the automated nature of our fulfilment.
You may be able to request a redirect, however this may cause you to incur an additional fee. De Elegant Aroma is not responsible for mis-delivered packages if the wrong shipping address was entered, and we're unable to make changes on our end.
why was my order cancelled?
Although this rarely occurs, we will occasionally cancel orders under the suspicion of fraud. We have metrics in place to protect all of our customers and if flags are raised, an order cancellation may be necessary. If this does occur, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
